Calogero Muscato
Calogero Muscato, Sicilian, class of '82, is the chef who leads the kitchen brigade and outlines the restaurant proposal of Hotel Villa Romana.
His philosophy in the kitchen is based on the concept of "respect": for the seasons, for the fruits of the earth and the products of the sea. The quality raw material is treated with kindness. The menu, renewed periodically, reflects the time and place to ensure maximum taste for each dish. Lunch and dinner are served à la carte, the breakfast buffet.
